Are Haircare Bars Good for Curly Hair?

Short answer: Yes!

Longer answer:

Aerwyna shampoo bars, like liquid shampoo, is designed to clean your scalp.  If you have very thick hair you will need a little more water on the shampoo bar to make sure the surfactants are reaching through to your scalp to collect excess sebum, oil and environmental dirt.  It is not necessary to scrub your hair strands with Aerwyna shampoo bar at all.  The beauty of modern surfactants is that they grab onto loose grime like a magnet.  That’s how they work!  All you need to do is rinse with water to roll the dirt down the drain.  If you use a lot of product on your hair, you can gently squeeze the suds through your strands to make sure the surfactants have grabbed every last particle and detached them from your hair. Aerwyna shampoo bar uses sodium cocoyl isethionate,  cocomidopropyl betaine and sodium lauryl sulfoacetate, (Ecocert!) which are very mild but effective cleansers.  Aerwyna shampoo bars do not use harsh sulfates!

"This is my favorite shampoo bar of all time! I've been using it for about a year and a half, and I'm so happy to see it's on Amazon now. I have curly/wavy hair and had been using salon products made specifically for curly hair which weighed my hair down, and it never seemed clean (& I think my hair was thinning). Aerwyna has terrific lather and makes my hair soft and curly without having to use all that sticky product (that kind of irritated my eyes) every day. I've been trying solid shampoos and conditioners, off and on, for the last few years trying to find a product that works well and is plastic free with no real luck...until now. I have type 2b/2c curly hair and have been trying to find a product that does a great job cleaning my hair, doesn't dry it out, but doesn't over-moisturize it either. This shampoo bar left my hair feeling clean, didn't dry out my ends (a rarity), and didn't make it feel tangled or weird in the shower.
